Welcome to Frederick! We have two condominiums for rent. Both are located in the same court of Echo Glenn II, Frederick, Maryland. The condominiums are very convenient to Historic Downtown Frederick, Fort Detrick, I-270, & Route 15 with easy access to both DC and Baltimore; As well as two area shopping malls and restaurants. Both the Leesburg, VA and Hagerstown, MD outlets are just 30 minutes away.

Downtown Frederick has many antique shops, boutique stores, as well as casual and fine dining restaurants. Baker Park is also downtown, where you can relax, take a stroll along the large pond, have a BBQ picnic, listen to free summer concerts, and even enjoy the 4th of July fireworks.

The home community includes a bike trail, common grounds, elevator in the buildings, a jogging/walking path, picnic area, outdoor pool,water/lake privileges, and a small shopping plaza nearby. Just a mile away is Bloom grocery store, CVS pharmacy, Pizza Blitz, PNC bank, etc.

Directions: From Rte 15, exit on Rosemont Avue; head west on Rosement and turn left onto Tuscanny; Right on Catoctin. 2503 #4-1B is the first building on the right and 2504 #3-2D is the last building on the left.
