Rental Price:

Rental Price Per Month: $1,150.

The monthly rental price includes: water, sewage, trash removal.

Payment is due the 1st of each month via written check to the owners. A penalty of $15 per day shall be charged for each day beyond the 5th day of each month and shall be included in the payment.

The monthly rental price does not include: Electric, gas, cable. It is the responsibility of the tennant to contact the various companies to have the electric, gas, etc., turned on.

Rental: Rent shall be on a 12-month basis. Renewals must be requested in writing 60 days prior to the expiration of the rental agreement.

Security Deposit: $1,800. The security deposit does not constitute the last month's rent.

Application Fee & Credit Check: $40 (non-refundable).

Condo Association:

The condo is part of the Echo Glen II Condominium Association. Monthly condo fees are $185, which is included in your monthly rental fee. This fee includes sewage, trash, and water. All other utilities shall be paid by the renter. It also includes the community pool.

Other information:

Pets: No pets allowed, unless the animal is needed by a disabled person. Monies will be deducted from the deposit due to pet damage.

No smoking allowed. Please have your guests smoke outside on the patio. This will help keep the apartment fresh and clean for your use and for future renters.
